Kokopelli House

Three storey town house in the historic centre of Serramonacesca (3km from Kokopelli Campsite Retreat).   Flexible accommodation to suit your needs on a self-catering basis, short or long term lets.  Sleep from 1 to six people: there is a small, fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with a double sofa-bed and a small garden with bbq.   We can also supply fold-up beds for children if required.

All the facilities of our nearby Kokopelli Camping are available to our guests.  In particular we have a large selection of self-guided hiking sheets, maps, information on the area and a well stocked library of novels and guide books.

Accommodation

TOP FLOOR:  One large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room.   Space for two small temporary beds for children if required.

SECOND FLOOR:  Double bed-sitting room with wood burning stove, small balcony.  Shared bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:  Double bedroom with small balcony over looking the garden and the hills beyond.  Private bathroom (which can be shared with bed-sitting room above, if required).

PRICING FOR 2024

Two night minimum stay

Double room with ensuite bathroom (top floor)

€55 per room, per night

Child (2 - 12 yrs), sharing with adults: extra €8 per night

Travel cot available free for under 2yrs

Double room with private bathroom (first floor)

€55 per room, per night

Child (2 - 12 yrs), sharing with adults: extra €8 per night

Travel cot available free for under 2yrs

Double bed/sitting room (second floor), sharing bathroom with the first floor bedroom

Inclusive for guests when used as a sitting room, or €45 per night if required as a bedroom.

Includes:

• All bed linen and towels (changed weekly)
• Kitchen: fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, fireplace, all kitchen equipment
• Garden
• Welcome basket of wood for the wood burner or open fireplace

Flexible options:

Discounts may be available for large bookings (eg booking of whole house for 1 week or more)

Breakfast of coffee and croissants in the local bar can be arranged if required.  Long term lets also available.
